           Summary of the Activity:

Mr. Sachin Bidkar guided the students on the significance of a Company Secretary. He explained that the role of a CS in a company ensures adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Acting as a bridge between the board of directors and stakeholders, they facilitate communication and decision-making. They manage documentation, maintain records, and handle company correspondence. Their role ensures transparency, accountability, and integrity within the organization. In essence, a Company Secretary is vital for the smooth and lawful operation of a company. Mr. Bidkar inspired students and developed insights about the course. Additionally, Mr. Jaydeep Patil guided the students on the admission process, course duration, fees, and scholarships.
