          Faculty Exchange programme on “Marketing Mix and   Strategies” on  Thursday, 11 th May 2023      Guest lecture of Dr. Guruprasad Kulkarni, J. P. Naik Mahavidyalaya has organised on the subject of “Marketing Mix and Strategies” for the students of B.Com I and B.Com. II. he enlightened the students about product mix, price mix, place mix and promotion mix and relevant Strategies for effective and successful marketing. Total 53 students participated in programme.  

Bank Visit

          Bank Visit on  Thursday, 4 th May 2023        Department of Commerce has Organised the bank visit to Ravalnath Cooperative Housing Finance Society Ltd. Mr. Raj Chaugule, Manager has informed the students about the functioning of bank. Students guided on different forms like vouchers and withdrawal, deposits and advances schemes. He also exposed the practical use of software and required skill to operate in banks.

          Guest Lecture on “Social Intelligence " on  Thursday, 17 th Nov 2022      Guest lecture of Prof. Vishwanath Patil (Head of Department of Psychology, Dr. Ghali College, Gadhinglaj) organised on the subject of “Social Intelligence” for the students of B.Com III. Students of B.Com. III attended the function. Prof. Vishwanath Patil enlightened the students about Social intelligence and its importance in personality development as well as career development. In modern management, social intelligent plays crucial role in career growth so everyone must take efforts to enhance social intelligence.

Alumni Lecture on “Role of Enterprise Resource

            Alumni Lecture on “Role of Enterprise Resource on  Saturday, 18 th March 2023      The Department of Commerce organized a guest lecture for the students, delivered by  Dr. Santosh Hodage, a department alumnus who recently awarded the Ph.D. degree. The topic of the lecture was "Enterprise Resource Planning and Industry". The lecture covered various aspects of enterprise resource planning and its importance in the industry.  Overall, the guest lecture was a success in providing the students with valuable insights and knowledge and served as a source of inspiration for the students to pursue their academic and professional goals. Total 81 students participated in the function.

Seminar on “Role of Life Insurance in Life: Different

            Seminar on “Role of Life Insurance in Life: Different on  Thursday, 14 th December.2022      The Department of Commerce organized a seminar on “Role of Life Insurance in Life: Different Policies.”   for the students of B. Com I, with the aim of developing their stage daring and presentation skills. During the seminar, the students delivered presentations on various aspects of life insurance and its different kinds. The students were well-prepared and presented their topics with confidence. The seminar was attended by the faculty and students. Overall, the seminar was successful in developing the students' presentation and stage daring skills and helped to enhance their knowledge and understanding of life insurance and its kinds.

Seminar on “Success Mantra- Intelligence and Skills”

          Seminar on “Success Mantra- Intelligence and Skills” on  Friday, 10 th Nov.2023          Organised the career counselling seminar in collaboration with Nilaya Foundation. Mr. Dhananjay Kulkarni delivered the awareness lecture on Career in commerce and management.  During the lecture, he discussed various career options in commerce and management. The seminar provided the students with a better understanding of the potential career paths available to them in the field of commerce and management. Overall, the career counselling seminar was a success in providing the students with valuable insights and guidance for their future career. Total 87 students participated in the function.

Library Activity

            Library Activity on  Friday, 14 th Oct.2022      The activity was conducted in the department's library, where the students were encouraged to read reference books related to entrepreneurship, management, and motivation. The students were enthusiastic about the activity and actively participated in it. The reference books on entrepreneurship, management and motivation provided to the students, who were keen to learn more about these topics. The activity provided the students with an opportunity to explore new ideas and perspectives with the aim to expand their knowledge base. The activity was successful in promoting a reading culture among the students.
